Would You Like To Be An Artist?

It’s hard to find a child who is not an artist. Give them crayons, markers, chalk, and they will create art with abandon. Yet, later in life, you often hear people say, “I could never be an artist.” What changed? Probably someone told them that the art they were making was wrong.

Cast that misconception aside! Anyone can do it! There is no right or wrong way. This is my favorite thing about art.

I set out to make art and I do it everywhere I go! I just keep creating art. Although I have never set out to “win awards’ or “gain accolades” the result of my continual outpouring of art and inspiration to others has created an impact I never dreamed of. Over a thousand paintings sold, over 30,000,000 views on YouTube, and the YouTube play button award when I reached 100,000 subscribers. (And that doesn’t include the 500,000+ followers and friends I share this journey with across all social media channels.)

Why do I tell you this? Because I believe you can do it too! If you keep creating art – you’ll make an impact.

There is no right or wrong in art. I think if you go at it with that idea, you will be able to create all kinds of crazy things that no one has ever created before – there are no limits. Go at it with a completely open mind and know that anyone can do it.

I challenge everyone to grab their paint! Pick up some canvases! You can paint what you love. Share it with your friends. Display it in your house. I hope you can join me to discover your inner artist! If you are just beginning, click here to watch my YouTube instructional videos. Or, if you are experienced and would like to add to your repertoire of skills, check out my online course, called Fifty Acrylic Pour Techniques!

Check out my upcoming online Facebook class! I hold these every few weeks. I am happy to show you how to do fluid art painting step by step! It’s my purpose that you can do these things too!

Let’s create some art!
