I’m changing up the mystery box a bit! Sometimes people only want cool colors (blues, purples, greens, silver, etc.) and sometimes people only want warm colors (oranges, reds, yellows, gold, etc.) so I am now offering 3 options. You can choose a COOL Mystery Box, which will contain all COOL colors, a WARM Mystery Box which will contain all WARM colors, or a MIXED Mystery Box, which will contain a mix of both!

This box will include TEN 8-ounce bottles chosen by Mixed Media Girl. In your mystery box, you will find some brand-new colors, tester colors, not yet released colors, and some of my favorite colors! Boxes will change frequently and new colors will continually be added, so feel free to order as many mystery boxes as you’d like. My hope is that you’ll try some colors you may have otherwise never given a shot and you will likely find yourself surprised at some colors that you love. Plus mysteries are always fun! These are ready-to-pour bottles of custom-blended paint, perfect for many acrylic pour techniques.

A few notes about the paint:

1. I recommend shaking them when you first get them, but then you shouldn’t need to shake them before use unless you don’t use them for a week or more. Shaking them will enter in air bubbles which will give pinholes and cells (not necessarily a bad thing)
2. These can be used with almost any other pre-mixed pouring paints (Arteza, Decoart, etc.) with the exception of the Artist’s Loft Ready-Mixed (nothing seems to go well with those)
3. You can add Floetrol, another pouring medium, or water if desired.
4. The metallics may cause cells
5. If you don’t want cells, don’t shake them before use and ensure you pour slowly. If you would like cells, pour a little faster
6. I am perfecting my colors, so colors may vary slightly from batch to batch
