My name is Marcy Ferro, also known as the Mixed Media Girl. I am a professional mixed media artist and teacher. I think the world needs more art. If everyone created some kind of art for an hour a day, can you imagine how much better the world would be?
I teach my crafts, mostly fluid art, in YouTube videos and in online classes (in-person classes are on hold right now during the pandemic). I fully understand that a person new to this art needs instruction at a level they can understand. I am fully motivated to help all of my students to be artists.
We’ve all heard the term “starving artist.” But, being an artist doesn’t have to mean poverty. I have a passion for helping other people thrive as artists.
